The Academy of BalletNJ Adult Program meets one day a week. (on Wednsday 6:45 PM - 8:15 PM; Summers session on Tuesday 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)
The beginner–to–intermediate–level program emphasizes the technical elements of ballet, and teaches the necessary elements one requires to move on in to intermediate and advanced classes.
The adult program is taught by David Gallagher, Artistic Director of the Academy. The program also offers performance opportunities in two full-length performances a year by South Jersey’s only nationally reviewed ballet company: The acclaimed Christmas Season performance of the Nutcracker, and a spring performance.
Previous experience is not required, and the first class in the program is introductory with no enrollment fee due.
